Did you ride today?

No pics, but I was able to get out and get a quick 10 mile ride done this morning. The temp was a chilly 29 f degrees with some sun and clouds.

Taking advantage of a 66 degree day in my new digs. Check out the elevation at the start of the ride at my house……

Did a very quick 10 miles today since the weather was beautiful and because Mrs RSbob wanted to go on a drive and stroll through a quaint local town. Since time was tight, I decided to go for a couple of PRs and managed (non-humble brag) a fastest for my age group (65-69) and a second fastest, so that was worth knocking off early.

WV is not flat..
Didn't ride today, but a couple weeks ago took a nice fat tire bike ride with my sons in Eagle River AK. Studded tires are awesome!

It was crazy warm yesterday in central Iowa with highs in the 40s. I did a 20 mile ride yesterday on my 1979 Trek 510 that I rebuilt a few years back with parts I had in my shop. I like old Treks. My goal is to get more miles in outdoors in January than I have ever done before. That shouldn't be too hard as I normally do most of my riding indoors in January,

Absolutely, they were surprisingly controllable and hardly slipped even on some nice hills. I was riding a Santa Cruz Hightower 29er with studs and felt very stable. So much fun despite being 18 degrees.

Got out the vintage (40 year old) bike and rode to the local velodrome where a nice man complimented my machine.

After our three weeks of almost daily rain, I went out today for the first ride of the year. It was ugly. Runoffs, slides, some areas closed. My main climb through a park will be closed indefinitely. Mother nature did us in. lol

I got in an unexpected ride yesterday. I found myself at home earlier than I had planned so I immediately changed my clothes and took my bike out for a ride. I stayed on the bike path due to the time of day and more cars being on the road. The bike path was not busy so the ride was pleasant.
I don't know.

have not been feeling well for a couple weeks (undiagnosed problems) but managed enough motivation to ride the rollers last night for ten easy miles while watching a video of a 65 year old Dutch man who took to bike touring after being off the bike for ten years.

looks familiar ...
we had "weather" this week & the rail-trail was damp & the dirt trail along the sides flung up some sand/grit which stuck to the bike, everywhere
after a ride last night, on the road bike, while it was still hanging on the bike rack, took some time to brush the bike, then wipe the rims & tires

I was able to get out and get a 20 mile ride in today. This is my 4th ride this week. This has been a great week for riding. Hopefully next week will be as good!

I was able to get a quick 10 mile spin in today. It was my 3rd ride this week. I am hoping to get more riding in tomorrow to make a four days for the second week in a row.

I was able to get out today and get a 27 mile ride in. The wind on the way home was gusting to 20 mph. It was a fight that I am pretty sure I won.

I did NOT ride today. But it was for a good reason. I was getting ready to head out when my wife got a call that my grandson was coming over because he wanted to work on riding his bike. He has been just on the edge of getting the hang of it and today he went over the edge. Now that he has it down, I'll work on getting the saddle raised to the correct height so his pedaling will be more efficient. Next outing I will take a bike of my own because he is now a bike rider.

I was able to get out today and get a 26 mile ride in. Today the wind was less than yesterday so that was nice.

I got a late start today. Which almost made me not ride. I rode a shortened version so that I would not be out late when the heat starts. It was a nice ride even though it was shortened.

Just an hour - 0 miles.
But good music.

Ride accompanied by a pic = So, it counts!
