Today, 48 km. But around 1/2hr from home, my legs were starting to cramp. I stopped. Drank some water. Ate my apple. Rested and then continued. But around 1.5km from home, while trying to gently peddle out of the park on an uphill, my legs cramped up again. So badly, I couldn't walk at all. A couple walking by, helped take my bike to the grass and filled my water bottle. After loosening my legs,I walked my bike up to the top of the last hill before rode it the rest of the way home.

BTW, had an incidence downtown as a commercial van cut me and another cyclist off while we were in our protected bike lanes going straight but the van was turning right. When I got home, I reviewed the video footage and recorded the licence plate. Then I went online and contacted the company with all the detailed.

Partner's little 54 bike, not much of a draft!

Ran into a couple of forum posters of yesteryears. Good little chat and one rode with us for a bit today.

A little over 32 miles today on the "Bee Buzzin' Tour" in Greenwood, SC. Good ride. It was hot and muggy, though, and my water bottle tops for some reason both stopped allowing anything to squirt out. It's not easy unscrewing the top to take a drink while you're riding.

32 Miles with 3,500 feet of loss. The first half was a blast and the second half a blast furnace. Washington Pass along the North Cascades Highway to Winthrop, WA. With a max speed of approximately 44mph. If was pleasant during the descent and then about 90F.

102 Miles O.D Was a clean ride, until I went on the Bike Paths & cut thru some parks. I hate geese, bushes/trees that feed geese, & the wet short grass that they feed on as well.

Only about 5 miles. Couldn’t get anywhere. Everything is underwater after last night’s deluge!

15 miles with 950’ climbed. At mile 12 the rear tubeless tire started feeling strange and found this:

Immediately stopped and noticed just a tiny amount of escaped sealant - Orange. Rode three miles back the direct route. When home checked the tire pressure and lost 3 lbs. Because my ride was cut short by 15m miles I decided to TT the 2 miles back to the start and shaved 20 seconds after previous PR was an average speed of 22.75 for consolation. Temp was 86*

34 miles. 3,100 feet of elevation. Great temps, good day.

Started from Palo Alto, rode to Woodside and up Kings Mountain Road, along Skyline and then down Spring Ridge Trail in the Windy Hill Preserve, back down Alpine Road through Stanford Campus to Palo Alto.

Nice. Keep it up. I've had 8 surgeries, a few of them pretty bad, all sports related trauma including a crushed femur head. Getting to where you are is a big step, just do the right things, put your head down, and make it happen.

Plus, I see you have a Stigmata too. Great choice.

Thanks! Yes, the hard part should be behind me. Now I’ve got to put in the work to regain my strength and get back to work.
