Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

It looks good to me, but I love white on a black bike.

Other than the thrashed tape & Hudz, what do you think of my primary bike?

I had a silver Thomson stem, but threw the black Ritchey on because the Thomson was cracked at the steerer tube, and I'm waiting for the replacement. Tomorrow I'm picking up some black hoods and new white tape.

I think I'm going to strip the decals off the stem/seat post, maybe the cranks while I'm at it. Not sure on the wheel decals yet, but black bartape is in my future, this white is textured and just sucks up the dirt.

Also, if thats the bike you use putting in the miles on strava, no wonder the bart tape looks like that, ha!

Thanks.

Yeah, I get my miles mostly on this one.

Honestly, I have tape. I'm just too lazy to re-wrap them unless I replace the hoods too, and I may as well replace the shift cables at that point.....

I've never liked the bent Thomsom post, but that's a nice ride.

Thanks. I ultimately wound up in the same place WRT disliking the aesthetics of the Thomson post, and moved on to a different look. This one rode pretty quick, and I was a little sorry to see it go.

Dale looks good.

IMO...bike would look better without the Reynolds stickers.

What frame is that? It looks an awful lot like my Pedal Force RS.

You are close. It started life as a Bottecchia, then got stripped and remade.

Remove the decals, huh? I've thought about that. Kinda like how they go with the frame ones. Not sure.
I agree with black rings! Ideally a quaq! Want one so bad...
I thought I had the saddle level!

I'll photoshop your bike this afternoon when I get home from work and that way you can see what it would look like with debadged wheels
And I'd just go with black praxis chainrings for now.

and a level saddle
