Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Are those Biopace chain rings? (They're coming back into style, just like popped collars and boat shoes. )

Egad, it's the white version of my Bianchi! Actually you have a unicrown fork, so I'm assuming your's is slightly newer. I'd love to know what year mine is, too.

I got it at a bike shop in the town I work in CT. They carry time as well, and ofcoarse, a week after I buy my bike, they pick up BMC! But I love my bike, a good friend of mine works there, and he helped me put it all together.

You got a much better deal than i did! I just got a new Allez Elite too, $1050. LBS wouldn't budge, and they only had the triple in my size :-( Here's a pic with newly added Ultegra pedals, wireless computer and white bottle cages... sans Coca-Cola bottle, though it would match the paint job perfectly!
