Addiction 2022.2

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

The 50 mile option might be more to my liking.
Look how short the travel on her fork is. Crazy!

Wait, I think that is the second place woman's bike.

One of my club mates did the full Unbound 200 yesterday.

I am not sure if that’s admirable or nuts. Maybe both.

Wonder if Grover Cleveland would be happy about having a NJ Turnpike rest stop named in his honor.

There was also a 350 mile option, if you want to talk about nuts.

Our '66 Ford SW has dual facing rear seats. My sister and I rode in those all the way to Montreal and back. In 1967, my oldest brother having just graduated from college, I think Mom and Dad wanted one last Big Thing with all of us before we kids went our separate ways. So, Dad rented a Coleman pop-up camper trailer and a hitch for the Ford, and we all went to Expo 67.
