meeting new bmxers
so in my area, there's other people who ride bmx too, and i wanna ride with them, but i don't know how to approach them without it being weird.
what do you guys do when you meet new riders?

Are you good? Usually just riding around will attract the same people. Do you see them at the same spot all the time? If you don't think they are the territorial type just go there early one day and ride it and wait for them to show up, then ask if its ok if you ride it ( just to be polite) then start your conversation with them....

the reason why im asking is because it's different from meeting girls or and stuff. and ive never done this before either, so dont want to mess this up, lol.

the easy way; pretend you're new. they usually like you cuz you let them think they're better. works all the time for me, and it's not much awkward.

guessing your pretty new if you havent found your crowd i started riding with my friends then you just meet more people along the way but get a mate from school or somthing to start riding with you.

As long as you dont suck miserably, just go over to where they are, and start riding. After a few tricks, just go over to them and say whats up, ask a question about someone's bike or complement someone's 360 or something. Then when your ready to leave say peace out, (or whatever you say nowadays), then another time you see them, they will be friends with you. Worked for everyone i met.
