2013 Cannondale Supersix Evo Hi Mod Di2 Headset Questions
I have a silly question about an appropriate headset about this bike. I know I can use the Cannondale Integrated System headset. I have them on my 2010 Supersix, and on my 2007 Systemsix. What I don't like about the Cannondale IS headset is that the specs call for the topcap to run flush against the stop of the stem; that is, no spacers between the topcap and the top of the stem.
I'd like to have some flexibility in running the stem a little lower or a little higher should my flexibility or preferences for stem height change over time.
What IS headsets will fit on this frame and give me the flexibility to change over time the amount -- or some amount -- of spacers between the topcap and the top of the stem?
Thank you. I'm not a headset maven, so, if I need to provide any other information, please let me know!

Thank you.
It is 1 1/8 top and 1 1/4 bottom. I did speak with a local mechanic at a Cdale Sports, and this person said indeed it could be done; that sounded good. However, he also said he never heard of the requirement that the topcap and top of stem needed to be flush. Given that I was directly told this by Cannondale corporate and it is specified in their manual -- see the last sentence of point 1 on page 15 of owner's manual here "No spacers may be used above the stem" -- I don't have the highest confidence in what this person said.
My bottom line question remains: What IS headsets will fit on this frame and give me the flexibility to change over time the amount -- or some amount -- of spacers between the topcap and the top of the stem?

I thought Carbon steerers* Generally You have to have the stem gripping the while width of the stem so a little spacer above
is how you got the adjustment capability.. doesnt even need to be a CM spacer.
Try more conversatioins with the Cannondale dealer you Bought from I, in general, say Your head set has Nothing to do with it
you may Wish the fork steerer was Longer than It Is.
C dale has a Specification for what headset they Buy to build the Bike, What did they Use .. ? Cue:You say..

My mechanic/fitter at my LBS said he likes at least one 5mm spacer above the C2 stem as it provides the stem more surface to clamp on to. After my fit I have 10mm of spacers above my C2 stem on my CAAD10. He explained the issue is if you run too many spacers above the stem then the cap/insert won't be able to support the top of the clamp and then crushing could be a concern.
