Problem with Garmin Connect?
For the past 3 days, the Garmin Connect app on my iPhone won't load any of my data and I eventually get a message that the Garmin Connect servers are down. Is anyone else experiencing this, and do you know what the problem is?
Thanks!
Thanks!

It's worked for me during the last three days and more. I don't have an iPhone though.
It's been a very long time since I've ever gotten that message about the Garmin Connect servers being down. One of the times that happened it was when I was on a PC. It turned out that my computers clock was off and showing me in a different region. However I can't imagine that being the case for your phone.

My Garmin Connect App is on a android phone. It shows that it got an update on April 13th. Perhaps the iPhone version recently updated too. So logging out and in might do it or just go into your settings and stop the app and then restart it. The Garmin app runs in the background. So just swiping it off your page doesn't close it. At least not on android phones.

I've been getting error messages, but the data has been showing.
The only exception has been training load, but I think that may be related to the new Edge 540 I picked up. That dropped to 0 as soon as I connected it and has been wonky ever since.
Using a Forerunner 645 Music and Edge 540

Thanks for your feedbacjk, guys! After a little digging it appears that my Wifi signal is weak. Although TV streaming still works, my ROKU settings say that the Wifi signal is "poor". And none of the apps on my phone which require Wifi are not working either. Weird that TV streaming works, but not my phone apps....
So, later this week, back to the cable company (Spectrum) I go to swap out the router. Hopefully, that will fix this.
Thanks again.

I tried unplugging the power to the router, then plugging it in again. It made no difference.

Back in the days we had to use Garmin Express to update our devices I had trouble with updating them when my computer was connected to wifi and found that using a ethernet cable to the computer allowed them to update. Eventually I figured out that my old Apple Airport Express wifi was just too old and no longer supported with it's own updates. So getting a new wifi for the house really cleared things up for all the weird issues some of the wifi only devices would have at times.
