The trainer after all that shoveling—what an animal!

These days, I make my own version, bulking up the omelets with tofu and including any random shredded vegetables I can get ahold of. The traditional sauce is very easy.

Got out for a few real miles in the cold mist. Felt like crap. To the gym this pm.

This is what I had. Not subpar if you want light roasted coffee. Subpar if you want dark roasted coffee. @Velo Vol prolly likes it since is in nearby Nashville.

Mrs. LAJ is. I am not much of a meat eater, hence my whey protein stuff, but I do imbibe. Making an oatmeal hamburger is silly, and that's all I really have to say about that.

Prolly. TT was cancelled, simply because of snow. Looks like my first race will now be a RR with the 40+ open guys. Those guys are mean and nasty, and are also pretty fast. Stupid hills. Brand new lightweight bike, and I haven't been able to ride it yet. Stupid snow.

Overcast and 70° on the ride today, got a couple of sprinkles towards the end. So much nicer than the 77 and sunny ride yesterday.
