I still ride my Diamond Formula that I have had since new. For more than two years it was my transportation as I gave up driving in the late seventies for a couple of years. It is a strong frame and was very light for those days. I modified mine with different components right after I bought it but kept most of the original Suntour stuff.

Hey Everyone,
Turns out I may be moving and definitely need to make some extra cash, If anyone would like to buy my bike for a reduced price I'd be open to it!
Please send me an email through craigs list if you are interested!
Thank You!

It's in pristine shape, by the chain and the look of the still-golden freewheel, it saw very few miles. A rare bike by any standard in a color never sighted before.
Most everything jives with this 1974 US catalog: https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...64376fc350.jpg

--though interestingly the fork crown with two points does NOT match the three point crown shown in the US catalog. (Though that is true of all 1974 Diamond Tourers I've seen in the US.)
Even more interesting the color and fork crown match this DF Diamond model in the 1974 Japanese catalog: The catalogs of Japanese vintage bicycle
