Arashiro got a lot of TV time ... off the back usually ... so I'm mentally adding an extra 400 points to my tally

Donostiako Klasikoa
Back to the Basque country - big names showing up for a Vuelta warm up ... Thinking Vingegaard has a good showing before domestic duty at the Vuelta.

It's all over but the crying now. Well, if you discount the second guessing, wringing of hands, gnashing of teeth, etc.

I just saw that, but it's a good pick! I won't be fooled completely by your sandbagging before La Vuelta
slcbob picked Ayuso but I thought I'd keep my picks spicy with Adriá who finished third behind him this week. I didn't know how Ineos would approach this so I figured Bernal/Yates would work for Martinez as thanks/prep before Vuelta. Thinking I should've put Yates in for Bernal.

It appears apathy has gotten the better of some in the ongoing Superclasico event. It's just like a grand tour -- you can't tell how the picks will react (or if they'll react) after a rest day, or ten.
Three weeks off now. Then back on the weekly-ish grind for the second half.

Martinez a DNF, Adriá 41st 4:26 back Ineos aren't goofing around. Padun has been let out of wherever they had him locked up!
Might poke around the Volta a Portugal, haven't even looked up the race...?

so @slcbob is currently in the top .00154 percent of all 2598 participants. yah...4th. holy bleeping bleep! jfc congrats!
as is @slcbob's vibe/style/musings/custom/habit/lifestyle/je ne sais quoi...it's spent on a tour few care about or follow.
seems like something i'd emulate (or have, can't remember and don't remind/@ me). at least underdog had pretty polly purebred...
destroyed the bed this vuelta...o that olympic road race seems like an eternity...

Another race tomorrow. I think there are only a couple dozen more to go. Hang in there, those of you that haven't already hung it up.
