SOLD - 1976 Motobecane Champion Team - 60cm
Hey guys, putting out feelers on this one. Have some other projects coming up and this bike doesn't get ridden nearly enough. Frame is 60cm ST by 58cm TT, both center to center. Non-original parts are a selle anatomica saddle, 60mm cinelli stem and nitto bars, HPlusSon TB14 clincher rims, VO pedals and a wide range freewheel. I have the original Brooks, cinelli bar/stems, and corncob freewheel I can include. See photos on the brooks, it's soft and showing some cracking around the rivets.
Only significant blemish is paint discoloration from a plastic bottle cage clamp. Bike rides great, wanted one of these for a long time. Probably a bit big for me, hence the shorter cockpit. Would like to get $1200 shipped for it.
SOLD, thanks
Best
Chris

That is a beauty
Kinda makes me wish I were about 7" taller - in the inseam!
That orange leather bar wrap is the cherry on top. And $1200 shipped is an amazing deal.
GLWS.

Beautiful bike in my size! Too bad about the bar tape and rims.

Starting to seem a like a pretty good deal with everything included. Are the original tubular wheels possibly included also?

Unfortunately not, I used the original hubs in this wheel build. We did a cross-country move a few years ago and the rims were lost in the shuffle somewhere.

The CT arrived in CA safe and sound yesterday and will assume a place of pride in the collection and a regular spot in the ride rotation. I took her for a quick spin in the neighborhood today, and she's a gem.
Chris is a Mensch, and a great to deal with. Thanks!
