Original Freewheel Unavailable. Replacement part?

I've got a modest Hyper hybrid bike with 700c wheels and broke the freewheel, but I like it and use it for errands. Can't find the Shimano SunRun 7 speed 14 - 28t freewheel as a part. Can you recommend a replacement that is readily available, not too expensive, and is likely to fit?

Shimano Tourney/TY MF-TZ500 7-Speed Multiple Freewheel, 14-28 Tooth

Okay. I actually saw this. Won't be a problem with a) spacing between cogs and b) fit over hub on a 700c wheel? Am I correct all 7 speed Shimano freewheels have same spec for fit?

...freewheel and hub threadings have only been manufactured in three standards in the past 40 years or so: French, Italian, and Standard (often referenced as "English"). Everything made and sold for the past 15 years or so has been standard, so you should be good to go. Sunrace also makes and sells freewheels that are low in price. I don't use new freewheels, so I can't testify to the quality and longevity of the more modern offerings.

Sometimes freewheels can be difficult to remove. They are pretty easily installed.

Keep in mind that Shimano and SunRun are not the same company. So, search for one or the other.

Suggestions above are good.

Most 7-speed freewheels will generally be compatible with each other. However, it is always a good idea to adjust the rear derailleur stops and the rear derailleur indexing when you replace the freewheel.
