WTB: Corn-cob to fit Campy Record Hub
Do you have a "corn-cob"?
I'm looking for a close ratio thread-on freewheel something like 13-18T.
NOT French.
It will being going on a Campagnolo Record hub.
Cheers: Lenton58 / Lorne

My tracking sheet says I have a 13-18 Suntour English-threaded freewheel in the bin. I’ll dig it up to confirm but might be a day or two.
No problem here if someone else has one ready to sell and ship in the meantime.
Edit: There seem to be a lot of these available on eBay for $30-$50. Do you need Italian threading or can you make English work?

Are you looking for something to fit a 120mm OLD axle (5s, 6s-ultra), or 126mm (6s, 7s)? I have a few that could work, depending:
13-19 Regina 7s
13-20 Suntour Ultra 6s
13-21 Dura Ace 7s
PM if any of those would be of interest.

@Lenton58 another flatlander here. Not sure if I recall anybody actually wanting an old school corn cob before. I have a Pro Compe dated July '73, five speed 14, 15, 16, 17, 18. This particular freewheel has been refurbished at Bob's Freewheel Spa a few years ago and has not been used since.
Next, a Shimano 600 MF 6208 six speed 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18. It has the new fangled twist tooth cogs and I have no recollection how I got it. Spins smooth as butter, but it's a little dirty.
Finally, a Dura Ace MF 7400 six speed 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21. Twist tooth cogs, clean and smooth, but don't remember how I got it.
PM if interested

I am also interested in 21 , 22T
Italian would be a perfect match but English will do as well AFAIK. I dunno what treading my Campy has are in. I've been using Shimano on them
The cost of the item along with today's shipping rates to Japan is rather a burden. So I am being cautious.
THANKS

Thanks John. My only 120 spaced frame was read by a frame builder years ago. Thanks for the heads up anyway.

The SunTour is a beauty. Will it fit a 126 axle?
The MF-7400 has me interested. But 15T looks like it has been chipped. What do you think it means to life and performance?
I'll stay in touch Lenton / Lorne ... and thanks for troubling with the pics.
