Help with Electra Townie Wheel set

As a hobby, I have bought, repaired and sold a few Electra Townies. There are a few around that have been abused and left in the elements, they make excellent project bikes. In my travels around several bike web sites, I have seen several Townies and Beach Cruisers for sale that are missing wheel sets and various other parts. I've intentionally stayed away from bikes missing wheels in the past, but found one reciently that, in my mind, was too good to pass up.
So, using parts from my stash of extra parts, the bike is ready to ride except for wheels. the bike is configured to be a 7 speed derailleur bike with 26" wheels, 26 x 1.95 tires.
I've been looking around for a wheel set for this bike, but I'm confused as to what to buy.
There are several brands and wheels and many diffrent wheel measurements.
I need help on how to identify a 7 speed wheel set for this Townie...

same as budget 7 speed MTB wheels. 130mm dropout spacing. I believe all threaded 7sp freewheels are the same width hubs
