DJI giving GoPro a run for the money
DJI just introduced it's own new Action Camera. I don't know how well the magnetic mounts would hold up on a bumpy road, but time will tell.

I think they’re on target with this one, if only for the styling, size, and ease of mounting, but speaking as both a DJI Osmo3 and GoPro Hero10 user, I think DJI have a leg up in software compared to GoPro for users who want ease-of-use.
Interestingly, Action 2 is like an evolution of the abandoned Hero Session format which I really liked for its compactness and simplicity. I still have a Session, and I get the regular Hero is a much more capable device, but I think GoPro missed the opportunity to engage with a vast segment of users who are simply overwhelmed by technical complexity, which Hero not only has but telegraphs clearly in its looks. Action 2 communicates simplicity, and will attract many for it.

Note that like other DJI products, the Action 2 needs to be activated using the DJI Mimo app that you install on your smartphone. The device will not work until it is activated.
