Indoor trainer

With my old diamond frame in the winter I'd pop it on the trainer and it was smooth (yet boring winter riding) I put my bent on the trainer and I can't get it smooth it's a bouncy ride. Any recommendations for riding my bent on a trainer?

Work on pedaling circles? I bring my Baron into the basement for the winter, and don't notice any bouncing. Yeah, even with Zwift it's boring and I don't ride it as often as I should.

Probably this. Is the OP new to recumbents? If so, it's classic bent newbie mistake of thinking that skills developed on an upright transfer fully to a bent. They don't.

Never ever heard one of our Zwift Racing League members call it boring. Maybe you're riding in the wrong Zwift spot? Ride with us and it might not be boring. Check us out here.
