I never had Peugeot bike so have question what model is it and what year?

Nice find! The MAFAC brakes with the front rack and the Stronglight 99 cranks and the Simplex derailleurs would have been more than enough to get me interested.

Welcome to the POC (unofficial Peugeot Owners' Club ). I have had two early 1970s UO-8s (still have one; the other one's frame broke) and a 1980 PKN-10 (great bike, now belongs to my elder son, because it fits him better).

The frame graphics and the nice chrome edged, black plastic lion headbadge definitely says it's an 83.

I believe it is the "60" that means it is the mens touring version of the PF. There have been PX60's, PR60's and PA60's as well. "65" means it is a mixte.

Based on the centre-pull brakes and the OP's location, it would appear to be a European model, with the previously mentioned PF10 being the leading candiate. The serial number will confirm the year.
