Ben,
I have a question about the washer in your picture. Is it a flat washer, or a compression washer for the shift plate? Now about that branded piece... something like this? :

Record/ NR/SR plate

and a recessed front:

and a recessed set of Galli calipers (whose center bolts will work, I think - yet to confirm 100% though):

If this stuff works for you, I'd be happy to swap center bolts. I have a recessed nut for your back-nutted-to-front-recessed caliper as well.

Finally, as an aside, note the not terribly good looking chrome on the spring carriers in the first two pix. In my experience, SunTour's chrome was second-to-none... except when it came to the spring carriers and springs on their brakes. I'm not sure why that should be. Different steel alloys perhaps?
Sorry it took so long to respond to this. I am putting the 3Rensho project on hold. Turns out the frame has a lot of rust and there is some question as to whether I can restore it or not. And then I am still not sure whether I want a period correct DA, Superbe or Campy group on it, but I better wait to see if I can even salvage the frame. I did try out what you suggested and indeed the rear brake will work on the front fine as a recessed nut attachment.

In search of C record Chorus brake levers with white hoods.

I have a pair of Cobalto levers (w/o a quick release) for full or partial trade, also NR, SR, and C record era bits.

Anyone?

Robbie,
If you can't find the wheel, I have a 32* rim here with a couple of minor brake marks. As always cost of shipping from Bloomington. Smiles, MH

I’m losing hope by the minute, may take you up on it. The hub is easily found. The rim, not so.
Thank you.

Needed - Lyotard 460D Pedal Spindles

I know this request will sound whacky but I have two sets of French Lyotard 460D pedals that are missing spindles. The English threaded set is missing a left spindle and the French threaded set is missing a right spindle. If I put too much thought into it, I confuse myself! To reduce confusion for the rest of you, I’m including two photos to keep everything straight. If any kind soul is willing to part with a needed spindle, I would be happy to provide compensation for the part and shipping.
Thanks in advance,
Flying G

The missing right spindle for the French threaded Lyotard 460D pedal set.

The pair of English threaded Lyotard 460D pedals needing a left spindle.
