Tough choice. Once wheels are in place, there is no way to replace them. I think you should take a couple more weeks, really think it through.

Build the rest and just see which ones work at the time. You can always swap? What parts do you have laying around for it?

I would get some Enve 4.5s with blue Chris King hubs.

Great choice and they perform really well but if NSWs 454 are considered "budget"...not sure these are good/pricey enough.

How are these better than the Enve's or even the Zipp 404 you have?
Except for weight the Meilenstein's are inferior. Unless I was doing a hill climb I wouldn't choose them.
With the Chris King hubs you also get the "angry bee" sound every time you freewheel

Damn I went on youtube and i'm impressed with the sound of those hubs! I love hearing good quality hubs but I don't have any myself so the sound is rare for me

Oh the thought process is in full mode on the wheel issue at hand. I don't want to make a mistake like I did when I built my Pinarello F8 and put Reynolds RZR46's on it as all I heard from the wheel wizards of the web is that I should have gone with MEILENSTEIN LIGHTWEIGHT WHEELS..!

I pretty much have enough things to build the entire bike. I am quite sure I may go with Sram Red E Tap on this build as I have one of those Group Sets laying around here still boxed up..

I would build it to spec as Team Sky rides it. That way it has some sort of collectible value and definitely good taste. Doesn't have to be the most expensive to be the best. This is the way I'd build that F10

Dura Ace 9150 Di2
Dura Ace C50 Tubulars
Stages R9100 powermeter
Vittoria Corsa Speed G+ tubulars
PRO bar / stem combo
Whatever saddle you like
Maybe Ceramic Speed pulley wheels

Could you elaborate on how MEILENSTEIN LIGHTWEIGHT WHEELS are inferior to ENVE WHEELS..? Possibly I missed the boat on this one...Hmmmm
