(21 pics and not one of the seat stay cluster. Seat post is one those rare "Seuss" models? And if that is the way it is supposed to be, it shouldn't.)

What in the heck?

It would be interesting to see if there are before and after photos. But, often bikes get repainted after the original paint gets so bad that it detracts from the bike as a whole.

Whether powder is better or worse than paint could be a long argument.

The color choice probably isn't original. It is done with class, but probably not my choice of color schemes.

The bike could use a $20 investment in new decals.

Is it even a Bianchi? I see no evidence of embossing on either the fork crown or seat stay...

This frame has been up on E-Bay for a while.

vintage colnago road bike orange frame, $300 + $100 Shipping

So, it has:
  • top-tube/down-tube front-end damage (apparently repaired, but still visible damage).
  • Dented seat stay (straightened, but visible damage).
  • Bulged steer tube
  • Really bad paint
And the seller seems to think it should be worth $300 +$100 shipping.

It does look like a pretty cool frame from the early to mid 70's. But....

Full Disclosure, I did send a PM to the seller without response, then submitted an offer that was quickly declined without comment.

I'll see if it stays up for a few months, then send another offer. Maybe I'll feel more generous.

Wow, looks like owner #1 turned it into a TT-wannabe bike, then a much shorter owner #2 bought it, found it too large, turned the seatpost around, then went at it with some bracket steel and a rivet gun....

You should contact the seller. It may well be a steal of a deal.
Or it could just be stolen.

Could almost be that one. Slightly different gearing. Different rear dropout. Different brakes. Different crankset/gruppo.

But, yes, it is close

Tange 2 double butted seamless tubing framed bike - $200 (eugene)

It had a receipt like title that I have since lost, it said it was a Campagnolo or Colnego , Abersque. if that means anything, and If I remember it was from a shop in langola Ca. The price was over 2000 dollars, which I find hard to believe ?

make / manufacturer: ??campagnolio
model name / number: Abersque

I have some troubles trying to identify what this bike actually is, or was. But, I can say what it is NOT.

I pretty often see Walmart bikes being used with both brakes opened up. I don't know how they survive.

That's a funny saddle too. Like an SMP met Gonzo the Great
