Addiction 2022.1

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Not to go all P&R, but there's something deeply perverse about America that this stuff happens.

I'm currently off Television. Have been for a couple years now. Once you've been away for a while and try to watch it, it just doesn't hold my interest. The advertising is so inane its down right insulting. Especially the frigging "reality" tripe.

Of course. I've fallen a bit out of the loop. I am currently traveling through a very different world than the very different world I normally live in. Weird wild stuff.
