Tire sizing
This isn't really a mechanical question per se, but was unsure of where else to put it, so.....
I own a Fuji Absolute 1.4 that has 700X28 tires on it. Would 700x32 tires fit on those rims, or would new rims be needed? Thanks in advance for any info provided.

They will fit the rims. Check the clearance EVERYWHERE and ensure that you have at least 2mm additional clearance; on two of my bikes the front derailleur mech is the tight spot for the rear tire. Be aware that "32mm" tires vary quite widely in their actual width so figure that into your calculation as well.
Easiest might be to buy the tires from a local shop and have them test-fit them. Then if they don't fit you will not have to deal with returning them to an online vendor.

The specs that krecik cited above show that the rims are "Vera". Vera Corsa 32h, fitted with 28mm tires. A search for Vera rim specs yielded very little. You could measure the inside width of your rims. I would bet its 15 or 17mm. Either width will accomodate the wider tire but as dsbrantjr points out, the tire must fit in the frame as assembled. Do you have 2 extra millimeters of clearance at the fork, and the rear brake bridge, and the seat tube (with derailleur?). Given variability in tires, you may want to ensure you have a bit more than 2mm extra.

The rim shouldn't be a problem. The larger concern is frame clearance, as @dsbrantjr noted above.

Thanks for the replies. I appreciate them all.
Just by eyeballing the frame and parts mentioned, it looks like there will be enough clearance to accommodate the wider tires, but I don't have a ruler, so this is just a guess. There are a couple of shops in my area, so I'll probably do my tire shopping this weekend. I've looked online at the myriad of tires available and I'm hoping between the two shops, I can find something I like with a "slight" tread.

The only limiting factor is going to be if the tire fits in the frame. The tires you can put on the rims could be just about any size...even up to 55mm. You'll find lots of confusing charts that tell you that you can't put xxmm size tires on XXmm width rims but, in practical terms, those charts are extremely conservative. For example, I'm running 35mm tires on 14mm rims. Every chart says you can't do that but I've had no issues with it. I also regularly run 55 mm mountain bike tires on 15 to 17mm rims without issues. The only problem I've ever had is with frame clearance.
