Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Making the conscious decision not to ride today. Wednesday I was planning to do one of the Zwift Academy workouts, but my legs just weren't feeling it. So, I figure, being an Old, that maybe ignoring my body isn't the best thing to do. So, three rest days, (Thu, Fri, and Sat), and we'll see how Sunday feels.

You got more chance of getting bitten by a Shih Tzu than a Doberman. Little dogs are just mean.

My theory is that the little ****ers are mean because: they're little.... -> so their owners don't think they're dangerous... -> which means that they don't need to discipline them when they're acting like *******s... -> which only fuels their tyranny.

I don't need a website to tell me that the "RealFeel" of 50F is 51F. I can figure out how it feels myself.

IKR. I mean, come on now - "purify yourself in the waters of Lake Minnetonka."

I'd link to a YoutTube clip of the scene, but... family forum.

This guy was abused. One of my room mates was working at the house where the dog lived and he was chained up and very skinny. Roomie offered to take the dog off their hands and they agreed, so he brought him home to our place. He was a beautiful brick red color and kinda wild but sweet, too. When that household broke up he became my dog.

You're a good man Charlie Brown.

As Lewis gets older, he's a lot more vocal. We're convinced he's trying to talk but is frustrated we don't understand.

This is exactly right. Because the owners can and do scoop them up, the dogs are a-holes.
