CapoForma, the clothing (and water bottle) manufacturer has nothing to with Capo bicycles of Vienna, Austria, but I couldn't resist.

In the St. Louis area is the Maplewood Bike Shop (technically located in Maplewood, just outside of the St. Louis city limits). When I lived in the area, they had a collection of water bottles lined up on the HVAC ducts, and it was still there when I took these photos a few years ago....
In this first shot, there are two bottles from the Coors Classic races, as well as a Mercian bottle (Maplewood was a vendor back in the 90's)
a close-up of the left side of this group shows a TI-Raleigh bottle too, from the glory days of the Raleigh racing teams.
In the middle of this group, we see a Gianni Motta bottle next to a DeRosa. The bottle on the right side with a figure on a bicycle against a blue background is a proper T.A. bottle, which pre-dates most/all of the other bottles.
Another Coors Classic bottle, as well as a Mercian bottle. The Specialized bottle says "Specialized Bicycle Components", from the era before they produced complete bikes.
a lovely Gitane bottle just to the right of another actual T.A. bottle (with the blue/white/red color scheme depicting the map of France and a rooster... what's the significance of the rooster?). Another Coors Classic bottle on the right.

a Race Across America bottle on the left, an AYH bottle, a Ciocc bottle in gold, a Tommasini bottle, and a Bike World bottle (a shop in Des Moines, which was just below Michael's in Ames, in terms of Iowa bike shop rankings at the time, if memory serves).
to the right of the Bike World bottle is a Red Zinger bottle. The Red Zinger race turned into the Coors Classic race in the very early 80's? I guess folks were more interested in beer than herbal tea. We can see a 1980 Coors Classic bottle just to the right of the Red Zinger. The Panasonic Raleigh bottle is a memento of the team that supplanted the TI-Raleigh team in Europe.
a couple of Peugeot bottles, another Mercian bottle, and another RAAM bottle. Of course, another proper T.A. bottle with the TdF logo, showing the entire country of France speeding along.
I realize I'm not calling out the Schwinn bottles, but that's because they were so ubiquitous back then.
Anyone know the details of the blue anodized aluminum bottle on the left side? Seems like that must pre-date plastic bottles. Maybe from Coloral? We also have another Coors Classic bottle (the biggest race in the USA in the 80s), and a Coors Nevada City Classic bottle on the right.
on the left, a 10 Speed Drive Imports/Guerciotti bottle, with a black Bianchi bottle, a Peugeot bottle, and a Motobecane bottle on the right.
... oh... and a Micheal's Cyclery, from Ames, Iowa, bottle on the far left. Michael's was the home to the Skunk River Cyclists and the Levi's-Raleigh Team, run by Mike Fatka. Quite a few of the USA's top riders rode for Levi's-Raleigh and the SRC.
and finally, a 7-Eleven Big Gulp bottle next to the Motobecane bottle, with a T.A. bottle to the right. A blue Mercian bottle and another T.A. bottle are visible to the right.

A little of everything, bottles sent/given to shop as a promotional item to advertise their bottles, bottles that came with Bianchi bikes, event bottles and bottles I purchased. Most of these have never been used but have shop/storage wear.

These bottles clearly haven't changed much in the last couple of decades, i.e. no new ones are up on the ducts, so they don't seem to be getting rid of them.
Still... I imagine that for the right price, you could convince them to change that policy.

I did manage to find a Celeste colored Bianchi water bottle ...
Original equipment matched 1982 Campione d'Italia specs. Frame date is late 1981. "Charcoal" color not found in catalog listing.

When I was a sales rep for Velte-Boyer back in the mid-80's I think we had the US exclusive on those. Sold cases of them to many dealers, so many that I wonder whre they all went. Unlike bicycles, water bottles tend to get lost or thrown away. Anybody have one of these today?

I think the Levi bottle came from the Tour of California - but I don't even remember having it.
Clean Bottle had a lot of fun marketing techniques - I think I may be the only person who ever bought one. Or maybe it was my wife who gifted it to me.
And my favorite - actually chucked from the pro peloton in the Vuelta... I have an autograph book from the same race with some cool sigs in it.

One waterbottle I had in the mid 80's was the one with a big Columbus tubing dove logo on it. Had it for many years till it eventually crumbled to pieces due to UV exposure and plastic outgassing, I guess. I really loved having that bottle on my bike, despite my bike having Supervitus 980 tubing because I just love the look of the Columbus dove logo.
I certainly would have posted a picture of that really nice waterbotlle on this thread if I still had it.
Been looking for a replacement (preferably NOS.) since I got into C&V in the late 90's, but have not found the same bottle yet.

Having a closer look at this image, Davis Phinney looks like he's deep in the hurt locker while Andy Hampsten takes a moment to fix his hair.
