Brian's C. Roberts built Geoffrey Butler from Randy

Bought this from randyjawa awhile back from his great purge
FInally getting around to the building of it.
I had aquired a real nice Shimano 600 Arabesque group from another BF member along with a pair of black center pull brakes.
I had that on a poorly rattle canned Raleigh SuperCourse.
So here is a start of the swap over.

Now I have a dilemma, I found a nice set of Shimano 600 side pull brakes in my stash looking for a dingle cog I have for another build.
go with my plan for the black Dia-comps or the 600 Shimanos?

I could also swap in some silver Dia-comps.

Because most everything else is silver, I'd say go with the 600 sidepulls. Would you use those same levers?

Does either give a clearance advantage? All else equal I’d choose centerpull over single pivot.
