Hello folding bike community!!!

I am new to the folding bike world and haven't ridden in 4 years . . .

It's now 2020 and recently employed with ZiZZO. I currently have the Liberte and have had a ton of fun! These bikes come ready to ride out of the box (with the exception of needing a little bit of air,) which helps for those who are maybe not so comfortable with bike mechanics. I am here to hear you guys out and answer any questions you may have on these bikes.


In my past experience, I had a road bike and would go on 25-mile rides and commute. This bike has held up well from what I remember, but I do plan on modifying it a bit to get it to my personal liking.

I'll be sure to post my updates and share stories here. I'd love to see and hear the same from you all.

I got a Liberte through Costco. Love the bike so far. Question - is it ok to ride off of curbs and pop wheelies. Asking for a friend...

Haha glad to hear you're enjoying it! As far as jumping curves and popping wheelies, I've got two answers for you.

• 1st and more technical answer: according to the owner's manual, we suggest you not perform these as it can affect any possible warranty claims and speed up the wearing of the bike. Any evidence of miss-use can cause us not to consider a refund.
• 2nd and more fun answer: We've seen people do it and the bike held up haha. Just keep in mind that we do suggest the 240lbs weight limit and if you're well under that it shouldn't affect the bike too much.

BUT I do have to remind you all that the warranty will no longer be in effect if we notice any miss-use of the bike.

Hi Cruz, I recently got a Campo 2019 on Amazon. Haven't got the chance to ride it yet. Front brake need adjustment. Otherwise very impressive bike, especially for the price point! However, it seems the magnet (great new addition) came broken. Or maybe I'm supposed to install it? Can't figure it out. Can you elaborate? Thanks!

Hey Alex!

Stoked for your new bike! I find that our bikes need a bit of tweaking after a probably not so proper handling in transit. That's how I assume your magnet snapped
Best thing you can do is, file a warranty claim. This will be the easiest way to get you a replacement.

Bought my Liberte last year, having a blast on the bike! been upgrading and tricking out the bike. Too bad can't post my Liberte picture here.
BTW I'm based in San Jose, CA. Just down the street from Zizzo.

Hi folks. I just unboxed one of the Libertes and I found this in the little box with the wrench and the owner's manual. Does anyone know what it is and what it's for? Thanks!

That's great to hear, and thank you for supporting our bikes! It's always great to upgrade and modify the bike to fit your needs and style, which the Liberte makes doing easily

Hi Steve, welcome to the ZiZZO Family! I hope you enjoy your new bikes and we are excited for your many new adventures to come on your new bikes
The tool in the picture is to remove or tighten the cap on the non-drive side's crank. The cap is used as a placeholder when installing the cranks while fastening the crank's pinch bolts.

Another recent Liberté purchase here. Very impressed with the bang for the buck. We bought it factory refurbished and couldn't be more pleased.

I was going to email support but I might as well ask here, do you have the regular length seatpost available as a part, or only the extended one? My wife and I will be sharing the bike but I don't think we can agree on one saddle, so buying a second post seems to be the easiest. I'm 5-11 tall so no need for the long post at all.

No it doesn't, the minimum insertion mark would no longer be safe. At any rate, the question was for the OP from Zizzo support.

Mark your own minimum insertion according to how much post you cut off.

I just bought a barely used 2019 Campo, off of craigslist. It has the fixed length stem.
Could you recommend a source for a quality adjustable replacement available in Canada?

don't knowif you found a stem or not but i got one off of amazon, 36 bucks , took a while to get here, but same as the ones on the new campos that are adjustable, good luck in your search.
