I wouldn't know. The ONLY reason I use headphones is so I can hear the GPS in the phone over traffic noise. I insist on bone conduction so my ears remain open to road sounds. Most of my riding does not need turn by turn GPS directions and the headphones stay home. When I have to make a guide track for my band I sometimes use the bone conduction headphones to feed a beat track into my brain while regular earbuds feed in my keyboard.
