Wine. Just like the OG early Tour De France riders did during the previous turn of the century.

Hydration tablets...
I drink Nuun electrolyte tablets for pretty much everything dehydrating that I might do. Sometimes I even take one the evening before and if I forgot to take one during a strenuous or long ride, I'll take one after. In general if I know I'm going to sweat, I'll hydrate the day before as well as the day of.

today, about four 12oz bottles of water and a 12oz pepsi. oh, and technically two draft pints of sapporo lager but that was at the very end when i only had 1.8 miles to go. ride was 102 miles with temps from the mid-60’s to the upper 70’s.

Ouch! For me it's the opposite. The Nuuns prevent migraines. I saw Liquid I.V. at the store and would like to try that too.

Weekday rides (around 90 minutes): 1 bottle of water, half during the winter. Last week I forgot my bottle and it was cool enough to not need any.
Weekend rides (3+ hours): 1 bottle of water, 1 bottle of electrolyte mix (whatever is on sale). Currently using Cytomax. I replenish with water when/if I can find it.

During the hotter months, for the longer rides, I will carry an additional electrolyte tablet.

Water only on rides up to about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Beyond that something with some electrolytes (or just sugar) after the first bottle makes the second part of the ride go better. Anything seems to work for me: Gatorade, HEED, Coca Cola, ice tea.

Not sure who else is prone to migraines from certain products, but I avoid them. I do fine with lots of water and a sports drink on long rides. Not worth a migraine imo.
Could be too much electrolytes. I get the same thing if I drink one of the big regular bottles of Gatorade if I haven't sweat much. I've gotten similar with other electrolyte type drinks. So I save them for when I sweat really hard on warm days.

Gatorade tastes terrible and has too much sugar; try Pocari Sweat instead. Better yet, drink coconut water (from a real coconut).

LMNT electrolyte powder in 1 bottle and just regular water in the other. I sweat a lot so the LMNT keeps me hydrated well enough for the hot rides.

Up to an hour and a half, I bring one large water bottle of H2O.

Longer than that, I use NUUN tablets, one and a half tablets per large water bottle. (They're pretty easy to snap more or less in half - they used to be scored for exactly that purpose.) I also carry a second large water bottle filled with water. I also have a tube of NUUNs in my saddlebag. That way, I have options with the second bottle. I can just drink water from it. I can drop NUUNs into the second bottle if I need/want to. On a hot day, I can squirt my head, face and back with the water. Or, if I'm riding with my good friend (we've known each other since 1srt grade), I can squirt water on him. Especially if he's riding my wheel where I can just squirt the bottle over my shoulder.

I used to drink Gatorade powder mix but nowadays I just drink water because it's easier to clean the bottles (and the bike when it gets splashed around). I do eat candy (e.g. gummy bears), an ever-changing assortment of gels, nuts, and whatever other snacks I bring on impulse.

I mostly drink regular iced water and/or coconut water. I bring a bunch of bars as well. Though most importantly I plan my meals in advance. If I plan on a long ride, I'll eat more carbs than usual the day before. I'll also eat a banana for good measure for the potassium to minimize any chance of leg cramps.

Tap water. If I run out I'll try to find a source that looks OK, or I'll buy a 'generic'-branded bottled water at a 7-Eleven or other convenience store

I'd rather (sarcastically) say "Rainwater and Grain Alcohol", but here in California we've not had any significant rain in over a year and pure grain alcohol is not legally for sale for drinking.
