The only 66cm carbon frames I know of are made by Calfee. I have no idea if they are any good but here is an example that was on pinkbike last year. 66cm Calfee
He was in high demand and great to talk to, has plenty of fans and plenty of business, very well respected as a pioneer and innovator for a long time now.
Absolutely the real deal as far as I can tell.

Thought I posted this here earlier, but looking through, guess not. Got the frame off of eBay, originally stripped the 1055 group set off my Asian series 5 for the first build.
Great ride, but thought the frame deserved better, so built it up a second time with mostly DA 7400. That was a mistake, looks nice, but early DA 7400 is not an improvement over Shimano’s 1055, definitely a step backwards.
Will be swapping it back this winter.

Okay, I'm curious. Why aren't frames that size built with longer seat stays? I don't see how the intended riders of any of these could get up any climb steeper than a freeway overpass without having to fight off popping wheelies all the time. I'm not Sean Bradley's size, but I am 6'3". a(I'm pretty heavy at 255#, but nobody who is tall enough to ride one these is likely to be a featherweight, so they will have a good chunk of weight dangling well over and even behind the rear axle.) One of my bikes has exactly this problem. It has short seat stays (I can't take off or put on a rear wheel with a 25mm tire without deflating a tire), and on anything over about 10% it wants to go al Peter Sagan on me. It forces me to skootch farther forward on the saddle than I'd like when that happens. My longer seat stayed bikes do not have this problem. Looking at these, especially the Kelly, makes me think that routine climbs would be wheelie hell.

This wrench fits...
I just measured my three bicycles. There's a 66cm Rivendell QuickBeam, a 65cm Rivendell LongLow custom, and a 66cm gugie custom. Here's what I see, for chainstays and wheelbase (measured center of BB to axle, and axle to axle):
QuickBeam: 45.3 cm, 109.3 cm
LongLow: 45.7 cm, 107.5 cm
Gugie: 48.3 cm, 111.5 cm
Yup, the Gugie was purpose-built for nice touring handling.

About two weeks ago I met a guy online looking at my 64cm Trek 420 I had for sale. I mentioned that I was about 6'5" and the bike was set up for me (to give him reference as he said he was tall). He replied that he was 6'9"! I then told him I'd be happy to show the 420, but that I also have a taller bike that would likely fit him better, and that I'd bring it to show him as well. Well, I sold my Fuji del Rey rain bike out from under me, changing out my components for the ones on the 420. I knew it would look good, and I had always wanted to do a modernized STI build of a huge frame for someone, but it looked good. I am/was a bit jealous! He was pumped about it though and loved the way it looked, and best of all, it fit him. The bike is photographed a week ago, just before sale, set up for the new/current owner. It rides so well!

What is the frame number on that Merz? He didn't build many this large, I think just four (4) in his whole career. Could you post a few close-up shots of the fork crown... or maybe you have a link to more pictures? do you happen to know the rake and trail numbers for that front fork?

Depends where you draw the line, I count about a dozen 26/66 and up and there are others not in the build sheets. Doug Fattic asked me the same questions and then talked to Jim so I assumed it was for you when we talked here a while back. Not sure how to help any more but gugie is here in PDX too and would not hesitate to build a fork off of mine or whatever else we can come up with I think.

I owned two 63.5cm frames in 2020 and 2021. The seat tube was too long, but the top tube not quite long enough. An awkward sized frame. My friends 58cm vintage frame felt stiffer and more responsive, but a 56cm top tube was now completely too short.
At least the stack on the 63.5cm frame was high enough...

88' ST400 Cannondale 27"
C'dale, 88' ST400 27". I'm a larger rider (6'7+ and 250lbs+/- 15lbs). I did have an internal hub 3 speed commuter I had been using for awhile before it got stolen. perfect for cruising the Burke Gilman but also a death machine that flexed every time I tried to stand on the pedals. I believe it was 66cm... maybe more? guy I bought it from back in Seattle was my height and claimed that the bike was a Danish make (Heino)... I think they're now produced under the badge of "Stevens"?.... In any case, some of you have already been really helpful and I'll try and get some photos up of both ASAP.
