Its a 1991 -58cm most likely
all original -minus wheels (which i have)- these wheels are OEM Felt alloys, very nice
a brooks b17 saddle -
specialized armadillo 700x28 with less than 50 miles
OVERALL in excellent condition. What is it worth?

That bike looks like it is clean and in nice shape. Well, it would be if was a full picture.
And, it sounds like the person didn't skimp. A good quality seat, and tires.
The cyclocross/touring style bikes are popular now. I wouldn't be surprised if it hit $300 to $500.

I think $300 is low for Boston and $500 would not be a bad price. It would not surprise me if it sold north of that.
That is top end vintage touring bike and it is in great shape.

I agree, at $300 you should be in your car already. $500 is realistic. Some might hope for $750. Top of the line touring model, which got better throughout. the 1980s and into the early 1990s.
