Soviet items
I have a Soviet skinsuit, I think from 1990 or 1991 and a tubular tire from same era. Is there a market for these and what value do you think? Skinsuit worn by Patehko, tire never glued and holds air.

Neat!!!
One almost wonders if a company like Colnago would buy back the "Kit". Nonetheless, it is interesting the crossing of 2 different cultures.
Items like that all depend on supply vs demand.
I've seen a few Russian tubular disc wheels on E-Bay.

1990 - 1991 would be shortly before the collapse of the Soviet Union, a collector would desire them. As to value, I have no idea. You need to find the right market.

The guy I got these from at the 1993 tour de Beauce had this skin suit and a commonwealth of independent states jersey. He was from Belarus and was selling everything he could.
