Link doesn't work for me- any info as to where this happened (e.g. dirt trail or road)?
I know one thing walking down the trail to surf trestles is becoming more dangerous than dashing across the 5 at rush hour with all the ebikes screaming up & down the path it's only a matter of time before a bad accident occurs.

Read some of the comments and watched the video.
The e-bike in question was identified as an e-motorcycle capable of speeds of 45mph+ and weighing 110lbs.
Pretty sure with the video of the subject and his e-motorcycle, LEO will be able to identify and arrest him for what amounts to a hit-and-run.

Just watched it that's terrible. I can't fathom how all those guys just let him mount the bike & just ride away regardless if they were the victims' buddies or complete strangers..
People like this (& thieves caught in the act) shouldn't be allowed to escape justice so easily.

Cannot blame them. It appears that they were primarily concerned with the health of the rider. Looks like they also gave no thought that the motorbike rider would just take off. I also would assume someone involved in an accident would stick around. With his speed, it would be impossible to catch up to him.
