Dishwasher parts, no matter what I do or get going on, something else blows up in my face and I get to pivot away from the projects I really want to work on, again.

A good day for MH, a love note from Samantha, a ball cap from the USGA, and a rear derailleur to replace the one that went to shoota.

Campy record hub set unused

Ok, so not technically via post, at least they’re in a box. Found these at the Frankenbike parts swap this morning for a price I couldn't refuse. The addiction to shiny is real

Not today, but recently. Two bottom bracket tools by Sugino and a Park CCW-2.

That Sugino lockring/fixed cup tool is the best in the business IMO, I have one I've had for almost 50 years, been beat on and hammered on and has never failed me.

The hook end has a spring loading quality to it that seems to grab hold and unwind the ring better than any other, again IMO.

I also have Campy and Park tools, they get very little use.

Great insight, thanks merziac. There’s something satisfying about having a proper tool for a given task.

I really like Rene Herse tires, but thought I'd try Hetres on the 650b PX-10 conversion I'm finishing up (and save $50 in the process....). 7 days from ordering to receiving from Grand Bois Japan (and a nice catalog of primo bike p o r n in the package, too). Anxiously awaiting a freewheel so I can get this thing on the road/gravel!

This from a fellow BF member. RustyJames

Nice 1972 Schwinn crank bits to go with my recent Frame acquisition. Going to be a Klunker Summer!

1963 American middleweight frame.

Last edited by 3speedslow; 03-31-22 at 10:36 AM. Reason: A trip to the CABE site and a look through the serial numbers leads me to revise the frame year as 1953...
