1984 classic vintage Fuji Sagres 12-speed for sale
So with a heavy heart I have to admit that it's time to let go of the Fuji Sagres I got new when I was 13. This thing rides like a dream -- so light, so efficient -- if your back can handle the road bike position for any length of time, which mine no longer can. Asking $200.
The frame appears to be about 21" although I'm sure it's actually some number of cm. I believe all of the parts are original, with the exception of one the wheels, and of course the tires. And it does have an extended stem on it that I added after some wrist issues. The finish is beat up from transport in several places, and it will definitely need a tune up, but I believe it's fundamentally sound. I've really ridden it very little since my 20s but carried it around everywhere and now I'm moving again. I did get it tuned up a couple of years ago when I made an effort to see if I could start riding it again and it rode fine then.
I do have an Avocet woman's seat (not pictured) that I can include if you want -- it's currently on another bicycle but can be reunited with the Fuji.
I love it and I hope someone else might love it next. I came to Bike Forums because there seem to be classic bike enthusiasts here
Pickup is in Kingston NY. Or if you want to pay for shipping and can instruct me how to ship a bicycle!

I'm not totally clear on what it's worth...so best offer at this point. The very few I've found listed online have been kinda all over the place. I understand that it's regarded as a bit of a classic, albeit maybe a bit of a low end one. I don't know what that translates into in $.

Prices are required in your post. No "Make an Offer" threads
