Unknown Cinelli frame
Can anyone help about identification of this Cinelli frame?
i know only that it has Columbus dropouts and 26.8 seat post diameter.
There are no better pics.

It's a Cinelli BB shell, many builders used these. If this is the only reason to think of Cinelli ...

Those are the same as Shimano EF rear dropouts.

That is late 80s-early 90s Exage (300EX or Motion) and it was close to the bottom of Shimano’s road group hierarchy at the time.

That seatpost might need to be inserted more. Dangerous situation that could damage both rider and frame. How about the curve/bend on the fork blades? Not really a curve. More like a straight fork with a bend in the middle.

But, what monstrosity uses a Cinelli "spoiler" IC BB shell, but Shimano EF (stamped Columbus) DOs, that weird fork and even weirder "extended" seatlug/seat post?
I'd be tempted to say a "home-build" by somebody just learning (and making mistakes)!

Looks like a "dropped" top tube--a trend in the early 1990s.
