Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Oof, I did not watch until the end.

Does the same apply to an assault on nearby Mt. Mitchell? Asking for a friend.

Good advice.

I keep dreaming I can’t breathe and waking up in a panic. I suspect I have obstructive apnea and maybe I’ll get a watch that will end up putting me on CPAP.

Sounds like contributory negligence. You should have learned about that in law school.

now some advice, if I’m going to take your case, don’t admit stuff on a public forum that will hurt your case. SMH

I got home from work, hot and almost windless. Came out 45 minutes later....62 degrees and falling with 25 mph winds from the north. We rode anyways. Freezing!
My heart rate finally started coming up into the 160s last couple rides. Starting to feel pretty good!.

Sometimes, but never while tightly gripping the handlebar.

My last wrap job performed flawlessly for years of hill climbing (even after it got scuffed in a crash).

If this one fails, we know the reason why.

This rule does not apply to Bianchis, for which Celeste is the only valid option.

Yeah, because it was glued to the bar with an unholy sludge comprised of your sweat and the oxidized aluminum.
