Ultimate touring bike build

Lynskey Med 27.5 Mountain frame
Mavic 29" mountain wheels with 700C tires
Pauls Comopnents rear brake
Shimano XT rear cogs
2 x Tubus racks, rear is Stainless steel
Can run 700c or 27.5x 2.2 wheels and/or
Can run "XC" suspension fork
Without changing geometry.
1 bike to do everything well
