It does state "full time year round position on a DOT issued bike for possibly six hours a day".

This isn't going to be a cake walk on those rainy days and/or about half the year when it's a nightmare out (IMO). I know a lot of people do it daily, there are serious upsides possible for health, but also a lot of danger regarding riding around the city all day in possible adverse or worse conditions.
