I like this pressure calculator as a starting point:
Bicycle tire pressure calculator

Road bike: 20mm front / 90 psi, 25mm rear / 105 psi
Fixed gear: 28mm front / 60 psi, 32mm rear / 65 psi
I add 5 psi to the front of the fixed gear so that the handling doesn't get squirrely when standing up leaning over the handlebars.
