What Solvent is the Magic "Antidote" For DT Swiss Adhesive Residue

DT Swiss contacted me and said,"We don't know...We concern ourselves with keeping the decals on the rims..."

GooGone does NOT work. Anybody have the magic solvent?

Thanks in advance!

Hair dryer? Acetone. WD-40. Polishing compound.

One of the above.

Thx. No on WD-40, gonna try acetone.
I'm not going to use my heat gun and peel off two full rims of this stuff!

And that is why I specified hair dryer and not a heat gun.

BINGO!
Antidote: 1 part acetone, 5 parts elbow grease

1. Heat gun.

Only use acetone if you are quick about it.

2. Put the acetone on a rag, wipe with the rag to remove residual goo. Do not leave any acetone behind.

Lighter Fluid sometimes works if you have some and don't have acetone.
