Thank you for the links! All have been added. I like that the Bianchi catalogs have geometry for their models--not always the case in brochures.

A couple of weeks ago I was at Gazelle, and discovered that they are busy putting their archives online. For everyone to peruse and download at will. Excellent!

They are still working on it, the catalogs are not in a separate category, so you'll have to really search for them, and knowing some Dutch will definitely help. But there is a lot of interesting and cool stuff there, including many originals of the pics used in the catalogs: the Gazelle Archives

A few samples to whet your appetite:

Thanks!

Thanks so much for doing this. I haven’t found my mystery bike in any of them yet, but I have a long way to go. This is a true treasure trove.

I've searched in Peugeot catalog from 1988, bur still can't find mine. Any ideas? Maybe there is a more specific catalog for 1988 year?

Zeus catalogs & Literature

Being a (literally) dyed-in-the-wool fan of Zeus, I have a complete archive of every Zeus catalog (as far as I know), and every article, advertisement, and catalog mention I can find. Something over 500 pages and adding a dozen or so every year.

Problem is, the files are BIG as I scanned them in high quality so they aren't friendly for email. How can I get you a thumb drive of the files?

What size are we talking about, MB-wise? I know most modern email hosts (like Gmail) are generous.

I don't do the "g" word if I have any other choice (same reason as me not riding the "c" word), my ISP limits uploads to 250M. Catalog 102 all by itself is more than that. It's just easier to stick it in an envelope.

That’s cool, but not likely the first. Here’s a link to an 1893 Columbia bicycles catalog: https://dc.library.northwestern.edu/...b-5a4e31291a57

That’s in a library collection with a starting date of 1890: https://dc.library.northwestern.edu/...f-78a5839caa89

It can be viewed as single pages for best readability, but images of the bikes crossing over the spine are best viewed in 2-page mode.
Catalogs are larger than I estimated and my scanner is starting to crap out., so this is taking me longer than expected.
2003 and 2005 catalogs are coming, but might take a couple of weeks.
The scanner ignores my threats.
Hi SpeedofLite did you end up posting the 2005 Litespeed catalog? I searched this forum and didn't see it posted. I'm looking for the page for their 2005 Tachyon, if you have time to even just post a photo of that one page when you might get a chance. Thanks in advance, and no worries if you're too busy!

No. I'm guilty of not completing what I set out to do. I'm still using the same scanner now that it has learned to behave. Unfortunately, that doesn't allow me to scan these Litespeed catalogs efficiently. Attached is a pdf of the Tachyon information from the 2005 Litespeed catalog. The 2-page view of the complete bike looks pretty good.

Wow, thank you so much for scanning this for me! That came out with great detail.
Turns out I probably have a 2006 since mine has Ultegra derailleurs and brakes, different wheels and decals (which match the 2006 set still sold on the litespeed site), and a few other changes, but the frame appears identical. Mostly I wanted to see the copy they used to pitch the bike and frame, so this is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again!!
