There should be an estimate of W' under your overall curve on your power page. I think if you plug that number in in the settings, it will do W'bal for you. I have read that this measurement is tricky to do right, so this must just be a rough estimate. My W'bal sometimes dips a little below zero, which is obviously impossible. However, it clearly behaves the way I feel and I like seeing that I didn't leave anything on the course.

Hey phrantic09 - did you end up getting one of those Rapha hoodies? If so, have you gotten it/what do you think? I did not, but I see that they still have some Large available in decent colors. Complicating matters, though, is that they've now got a steep discount on the Explore Technical Hoodie...

Ive always thought or the body like a bicycle wheel. It starts off in fine shape, smooth bearings, true, shiny, etc. and gradually, it starts to wobble or run rough and the mechanic or doc puts it right and it rolls on again until the next time it needs attention. But eventually, spokes break, races fail, rims crack, or whatever and the wheel has run its last revolution.

Shimano freehubs are held on with a sleeve that threads into the hub. It requires removing the cassette, brake disc, cones, ball bearings and axle to tighten with an Allen wrench, then reassemble.
