Addiction 2021.3

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Worked for me, just now.

I have parts already. They don't match, but they work just fine.

Sweet ride. What's up with your cables? I've heard they sell bikes with clean cockpits.

Hey Vol - you've been quoted 20k times. Why is that? Are your posts quality or do you post too much?

Well it's that time again. Take the covers off the zwifting machine, get all the updating done. Maybe even get the cx bike out this weekend. Blah.

Dad might get out of hospital today.

It's coming our way. I will be needing leg warmers and gilet for my weekend rides, at least to start. But first, we have a couple inches of rain to get dumped on us.

Yeah, it's getting to be chilly in the mornings - at the outset of my ride yesterday, I had my light gloves, my light winter hat and my neck gaiter.

Hot take: the neck gaiter has dethroned the gilet as the pound-for-pound, variable weather, bike apparel champion.

Will it displace the balaclava?? Inconceivable.
