Finally...a training metric I can relate to!
A recent update for the "Sauce for Strava" plug-in now displays this practical real life metric
It can cycle thru all sorts of food and beverages, and clicking on the graphic will take you to the "Calorie King" website with more info.
Please no comments on the ride "effort", I wish I could say it was a recovery ride...but I think we all know the true answer to that

I've been using Sauce for only a couple of weeks now, and I don't always see the "beers count" for some reason, and it's kind of my favorite feature, since it keeps me honest about how many beers I have AFTER a ride, since I can easily see how much effort it took to burn them off in the first place!

Oof - I hate to break it to ya, but those are 4 lousy beers if you're only talkin' ~600 calories.
