What comes first, thousands of battery powered trucks or the nuke power plants in charge them?

And how long will it take for the existing IC pickups to go off the road?

You do understand that there's increasing requirements that electric vehicles be equipped with noisemakers, right?

Maybe just stop telling people what to do, ok?

Freight hauling electric trucks and new nuke power plants to provide their fuel will probably arrive before this highly touted electric truck from Tesla.

Then it won't be stealth.
You're the one worried about vehicles coming up behind you. Offer a solution and it gets shot down.

Go ahead and whine. There's nothing else we can do for you.

Batteries can be charged with renewables. So trucks first, then the wind/solar farms to charge them.

37.9 million trucks registered and used for business purposes (excluding government and farm) in 2019, representing 23.9% of all trucks registered. 3.97 million Class 8 trucks (including tractors and straight trucks) in operation in 2020, up 1.5% from 2019.

If you say so.

Nobody asked you. I've never found anything you've posted useful or informative, even when you're using the royal "we".
You want to explain exactly what defense a mirror offers from someone who is deliberately rolling coal? Your "solutions" have absolutely nothing to do with this thread and no one wants to read your scoldy nonsense.

Then why all the blathery lecturing about checking mirrors?

No idea what your point was bringing up electric trucks. We'll still be dealing with the IC kind for decades.
