As if I didn't feel bad enough about not being tall.

That is absolutely beautiful.

Doh!, you are correct. I took a picture of the bolt, but forgot to mention it in the description. I have edited the description.

Unfortunately, that is a very common problem with those derailleurs and the first thing to look for when looking for a previously used replacement.

phew! glad this is one size too big for me. Otherwise I'd have to go down to my basement aka bike spa and find a bike or two to sell to get funds for this one.

I've been seeking a 753 frame in 55-56 TT for a while now...

I wonder if this is one of the Bob Jackson 753 Arrowhead frames mentioned in a Bicycle Guide article from 1995? Seems possible, although the frame in the article has some extra gussets cast into the lugs. Let me attach the article, just to provide some background info that may or may not apply.

Steve in Peoria (the bike's a hair too small for me, but I do like the use of 753 in a frame that size. I've got a Raleigh 753 Team bike, and love the ride)

Man, it sucks to be too short ... Actually, I take that back. It's a good thing I'm too short ... That's a pretty bike. Way pretty.

That’s lovely. Really enjoy riding my BJ - it’s one of the custom Diamond Jubilee framesets from 95.
With Arrowhead lugs.

Amazing that this article is nearly 30 years old in the 90s. I cannot grasp that though it coincides with my 30 year teaching career that ends this year.

At their best, Bob Jackson frames are beautiful.
