Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Should start a forum and name is "Cycling Anarchy." It's been very successful in the sailing world.

This was my daughter's bike that she rode from about 8-14yo, and has been untouched and taking up storage space in my stable for quite a few years. Last week, I cleaned it up, and made sure everything was working properly. Yesterday, I gave it away to a friend who is a single dad with a 8yo daughter.

There is now an empty space in my stable. My daughter is heading off to college next month, and taking another bike with her. Whatever shall I do with 2 empty spaces??!!

Maybe put a jack stand under something solid when you do. The jack points may be rusted through, and you don't want that thing falling on your head.

That's no accent. It's the whole wall of concrete in that room. Plus the two walls in the kitchen and the two in the bathroom. I wanted to accent it with orange but my wife nixed it. My favorite color combo, and my favorite single color. Sublime.

I should look around and see if anyone makes a good Turkish coffee around here, It's been about 10 years since I've had one I think...

Extra points if when you stir it the spoon stands upright.

Not quite. We have some that briefly pitch up to 15% for 1/2 Km or so, which I enjoy, but they are not quite as long as I would like. I prefer longer climbs. Our long climbs are not steep enough. Sad.
