I picked up a colnago super with chain stay and drop out issues

OK maybe there aren't as many FBs in PDX as there used to be, but it's still a lot. Maybe try contacting OBCA (Oregon Bicycle Consturctor's Assoc. or something like that)? I see they only have a Facebook page and I'd rather die than go there, but if you don't care as much about the future of the human race or Democracy, you may choose to go there.
Last I heard (maybe 5 years ago) OBCA seems to have mostly been run by Andy Newlands of Strawberry and Dave Levy of Ti Cycles.

didn't expect all that
i have a steel colnago with not only a broken campy drop out, but a bad repair on top.
I have replacement campy drop outs and Columbus SL tubing for to use.
I was wondering if anybody had any actual experience with somebody they could recommend.

There does seem to be a constant churn of builders there. If Dave Levy won't/can't do it for you, I'm sure he can point you in the right direction.

This was a very fun and interesting experience. I ended up talking to everybody. I mean everybody. From Andy at Strawberry, Bob at Bantam, the good people at Speedwagon, vanilla, Breadwinnerwinner, and the old Framebuilder for Chris King.

Most here know that for me it is TiCycles. Dave Levy has: built me 4 stems, two seatposts, 2 frames, a fork, custom chainring bolts, a ST FD shim, added a pump peg, moved a RD cable stop, repaired a seatstay cap crack, repaired seat lug "ears", added WB bosses to 3 bikes, made an 1/8" "dingle", brazed all the lugs of a Raleigh Competition that missed that step and a few more things I cannot recall. I've been to his shop many times and seen him bring back to life many different frames with all sorts of issues. He loves challenges, both new and repair.
