Hello from Basque Country
Hello everybody!
I'm a new track cyclist from Donostia. I was a 400m hurdles athlete and I train and work as a coach on a indoor track with a velodrome.
As athlete I have always been a cycling enthusiast. I have been on so many races as Paris-Roubaix, Tour of Flandes... And I was always attracted to the idea of trying track cycling after my career as an athlete.
Now, due to injuries I made a change and bought a track bike a year ago and I'm in love with this world! Much more than expected!
I will post more on the track cycling forum but I'll read all as I had been doing it until now.
Thank you!

Hello itturriko,
This is it, track cycling sprint disciplines are closer to 400m hurdles. It is much power and some lactate. Road cycling is endurance like the long-distance running.
